Obscura Made – Delete Your Account

Obscura (developer: Biebos) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

In the App:
Go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm with your password. Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.

If you can't access the App:
Email support@biebosstudios.com from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and login
• Your profile: username, bio and profile photo
• Your posts and all uploaded photos
• Your saved posts and your block list
• Your designer application, if you submitted one

What may remain

• Messages you sent in conversations stay visible to the other participant, as with most messaging apps. To have your messages deleted as well, email support@biebosstudios.com and we will remove them.
• Some counts and records on other users' profiles (for example, a like you gave or that you followed someone) may remain in anonymous form.
• Reports and records of removed content or banned accounts, kept only as long as needed to keep the platform safe or as required by law.
• Copies in system backups and logs, which are deleted automatically after a limited time.
