ObscuraObscura Made – Terms of Use
1. About these Terms
Obscura Made ("Obscura", "we") is an app operated by Jakub Jedlička, operating as Biebos, Slovakia. By creating an account or using Obscura, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (biebosstudios.com/obscura/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use Obscura.
2. Who can use Obscura
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Designer accounts
Anyone can browse and send messages. Only approved designers can post. We review designer applications at our discretion, and we may decline an application or remove designer access at any time, for example if content does not meet our curation standards or these Terms.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior
Obscura has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, send or share:
- harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech
- sexual or pornographic content, or graphic violence
- content that is illegal or that promotes illegal activity
- counterfeit items, stolen designs, or work that is not your own
- scams, spam, misleading listings, or impersonation of others
If you break these rules, we may remove your content and suspend or permanently ban your account without notice.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report any post or user, and block users, from within the App. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours. Action can include removing the content and banning the user responsible.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you give Obscura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share your content within the App and to use it to promote Obscura. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content that has already been shared. You confirm that you own, or have the rights to, everything you post.
7. Orders and transactions between users
Obscura connects buyers with independent designers. Obscura does not currently process payments and is not a party to any agreement, order or transaction between users. Buyers and designers arrange prices, payment, production, shipping, returns and disputes directly with each other, and they are responsible for them. Please use your own judgment before paying anyone.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. For details, see biebosstudios.com/obscura/delete-account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Obscura is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for transactions between users. To the extent permitted by law, Obscura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the App or by email. By continuing to use Obscura after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
